Susana Romero, a passionate HSE Manager, leverages technology to enhance safety and well-being. With 21+ years of experience, she is Global Head of Health, Safety, and Wellbeing at CTAIMA (EU & LATAM), driving digital transformation in QEHS management. A recognized industry leader, she has earned multiple awards, including HSE Influencer (ESU & LATAM) and Spain’s Sustainability & Health Promotion award (INSST). She serves as Secretary General of AEPSAL, representing Spain in ENSHPO, and teaches at UOC. A WomenTechMaker Ambassador and InspiraSTEAM mentor, she champions diversity, innovation, and digital excellence in HSE.

Dr. Khan is an Assistant Professor of Biotechnology at the American International University (AIU), Kuwait, and a former Research Scientist at Kuwait University. Born in New Delhi, India, and raised in Dubai, she has spent the last seven years in Kuwait, making significant contributions to life sciences.  

A Ph.D. graduate from Aligarh Muslim University, India, Dr. Khan is a recipient of the Maulana Azad National Fellowship and multiple Young Scientist Awards. She has published 14 research articles and book chapters in internationally acclaimed journals.  

Beyond academia, she is a certified career counselor and founder of STEM Success Pathways, a non-profit guiding young talents in life sciences. Passionate about resilience and persistence in science, she inspires future scientists with her motto: *There is no substitute for hard work, and knowledge is yours to keep.

Juliana, an award-winning CITP MBCS, has 15+ years in data management across Oil & Gas and Infrastructure. A Power BI (PL-300) expert, she excels in analytics, DAX, and stakeholder collaboration. Passionate about digital accessibility (WCAG), she also leads STEM Demystified to inspire future STEM talent.
